SITHFAB009A Responsible Service of Alcohol : From the 1st January 2009,this course is MANDATORY for all staff of licensed premises in QLD. This includes bar staff, including security, bottleshop staff, glass collectors, hosts, waiting staff at restaurants,licensees & nominees.

The course covers:

Understand your obligations under the law in QLD

Identify customers to whom alcohol service may be refused

Responsibly assist cutsomers to drink within the appropriate limits

Assist alcohol affected customers

Prevent underage drinking

The LLD's RSA certificate is valid for 3years
