Our nationally accredited 4 hour course will cover the following modules.... with SITHCCCOO4A as an extra competency.
SITXOHS002A Follow Workplace Hygiene Procedures - this area is particularly relevant to staff working in kitchens, housekeeping, Food & Beverage and tour operations involving the preparation and service of food.
SITXFSA001A Implement Food Safety Procedures - these procedures relate to a food safety program based on the HACCP method but can be customised to suit other food systems.
SITHCCC004A Clean and Maintain Kitchen Premises - deals with the skills and knowledge to clean and maintain kitchens, food preparation and storage areas in commercial cookery or catering operations.
Our trainer travels the coast from Maryborough to Port Douglas every 4 weeks. Please contact our office for dates and times. We also service small country towns upon request. We accommodate you!
